The Future of Restaurants

i think that we can altogether invision ways of creating, you know, creating social spaces that benefit communities and feed people. It's very clear that we need to change our farming system. And i don't think that we are as explicit about that in the restaurant industry. We've told farmers for the last hundred years that what's important to us in restaurants is cheap food. I thinkthat we need to start changing that conversation and thinking how to send farmers a different message.
