Is There a Conceptual Thinker?
A conceptual thinker is someone who cannot pull the issue out of company and analyze it. They can only analyze the issue if they've spent five, o few years in an industry. And because they've spent time in that industry, they know all of the issues in their industry. Ma give an example of this, someone who is not a conceptual thinker, someone who has never had to deal with such problems before. He uses his hands to move things apart as he analyzes them. A lot of times youw'll see him doing this. Ind so now, as surprising as this may sound, that is probably the best way to explain conceptioal thinking.
