The Importance of Physical Activity

I think that the recommendations are 150 minutes to 75 minutes of vigorous activity. That's essentially what 15 minutes a day. The injury risk is very low for normal people doing normal weight training in the gym. And you can kind of mix and match if you're thinking about say brain health overall or cognitive function.
