The more abuse confirms her special status in his eyes. The women that he goes after are without conscience, without remorse, without empathy just like psychopaths themselves. They tend to be the followers rather than the leaders because their excessive need for validation which puts them in the mercy of other others and makes them feel especially appealing to the psychopath you know as their partners in life and allies in wrongdoing. So understanding these patterns of deceit among abusers and rapists gives us direct insight to the patterns of spiritual frauds.
