The Socratic Method of Questioning Interior on School

I'm curious how you use the Socratic method of questioning interior on school. How do you go about making sure so we have multiple subjects where we use it really across the board? Every day there's a tour of two hour block and Socratic humanities where we start with personal growth. We ask questions about who we are, where we're going and why we're going there. Then in the humanities itself, we read complex texts, mostly classics from world civilizations.
