The Death Penalty Docket - Dunverses Ray
Last term, some explosive things happened on the Court's death penalty docket. A case called Dunverses Ray involved an African-American Muslim man awaiting an execution. The question at issue was whether or not he the government was obliged to provide him with clergy person of his faith. Justice Kagan said there were "very strong feelings about the court's resolution of this claim"
