A. vertical push, a vertical pull, a dead lift, ab wheel suit case carry, go for a walk. Wife is forty one, very active. We walk every day and hike in the wasatch mountains almost every week. I've seen it. And there's always so much more of the story than i did five sets of five,. you know. It doesn't matter where you feel the soreness. Soreness isn't always a good indicator what's actually happening behind the curtain of skin.
