Many of the early cases of sars had been food handlers, particularly chefs and others who had prepared animals for food. In may, in the search for the zonotic source, a team of scientists from hong kong visited a live animal market in shisand gwong dong to collect animal samples From different stalls spanning wild and domestic speciesrigi from different parts of southern china. All the animals appeared healthy. But if wyou went to those farms, they weren't infected in the farms. So they were getting effected somewhere along the way, and from the farms to the things. Now we don't actually know whether they got infected by people or by bats,
