The Importance of Mixed Conditionals
First, second and third is one that's very common you know but it doesn't really tell you what you're working with right. Now we also have something called mixed conditionals I'm not going to touch on that today because that's kind of like a different kettle of fish but they are important because we do use them. With the quote normal conditionals we're staying in the same time zone the same time reference for example the first conditional is the future conditional. Okay we're talking about possible or very likely situations in the future. The second conditional or the present conditional we'retalking about very very unlikely situations but not impossible.
