The first experience is getting to know yourself a little bit better, your mind, moment by moment. And eventually, what you realize, especially if you pursue these suite of practices,. We only desc i only describe one in the book. I describe others that emphasize the floodlight, or emphasize the juggler, emphasize kindness. These are all different aspects. We do end up feeling better. Our data suggest that attension improves, that mood is boosted, stress is reduced. Even things like stress related hormones that can actually eat away at the cellula, literally, how long our cells are alive, can start improving things so that our brain and our bodies are functioning better.
