Once your in an information war, you're not doing propaganda like hitler is doing propaganda, or like the uncle sam pointing at you propaganda. It all becomes part of the culture. And so what the russians played instead was a race like the long history of k g b a creating perceptions and realities of racial conflict in the united states.
