The way in which London's rebuild is, I mean, it's not a model, but it's actually very admirable. The kinds of things that Jonathan was talking about, legal frameworks to try and establish who owned what. How people who lose parts of their properties when the streets are widened are going to be recompensed. Who's going to pay for the public rebuildings? It's actually really very well organised.
