When avoidantly attached kids grow up to become adults, they will tend to be characterized by the following things. They will have great difficulty recalling memories of family experiences where there was an authentic emotion engagement. The natural defense mechanism is just to idealize your parentsa. Fourth, they will insist that the past has little to know influence on their present life. And fifth, they will believe that family life haslittle to know effect on how they developed.
