The Tensions in Antitrust
There's some inherent kind of like theoretical tension there between the goal of antitrust and cooperation. So I'm not going to go into too much of the details about the legal arguments. But hopefully it'll just give you a bit of an overview of why we think there's some tensions here, but crucially why we think they can be resolved if sensible steps are taken.
