Eggs are toxic to humans, and predators learn that pretty quickly. Different gar species have different lengths of snouts depending on what they're eating. The long nosed garb primarily eats other fish, so it's got a long and skinny snout. Aler gar will eat fish, but it'll eat a lot of other types of animals. Even thoy'll even scavenge. A little if allows him to eat some different things.
