What Is the Role of Business Intelligence in Libraries?
Sf central h re applied more than the most accurate description of what i do. I work with operations datus, helping manage that programm of collection and how we share that back out to help supervisors make decisions. And i also do things with like when processes change, mapping out processes to help conversations about what the new process should be. The purpose really is having away for processes to be more intentional, to have a layer looking at them and thinking them through.
