What's the Biggest Thing About Your Eyes?

Every two hours, I'm going to go for a short walk. But what I added in as well was exercise for my eyes because staring at a fixed screen all that time is essentially putting a cast on to certain parts of your eyes and putting them in this fixed position. And so when I go for that walk, I also do this exercise where I look off into the furthest distance that I can see. So we don't have to be perfect about these things, but we get these little bits of mental nourishment as well in the form of these conversations or insights.
