The Mango Steen

David Fairchild introduced the Mango Steen, a fruit that never took off because he introduced thousands and they didn't all take off. He also brought in quinoa but it was banned during prohibition. His beer hops were uprooted by people who knew no one would buy any of them anymore so they went with mass-produced stuff which was really safe.
