Sky lucks is a discount airline ticket sight geard toward business travellers. There are perhaps a couple of dozen of these, generally under the umbrella of what used to be referred to as consolidators. Lots of times they're acting as a broker for people's frequent flier miles. One player in this that, for premium seats, does offer discounts that are published an that's american express. But when you start dealing with these smaller organizations, it's a bit like a roll of the dice, i guess i could say.
