The Concept of Stand in Forces

The second marine division is looking at the reconnaissance, of counter reconnaissance task. We have no better place to do it than a very complex, congested, literal, contact layer. And we think that standin force will probaby marines, submarines and special operations forces. There's a folksthat'll always be there. Now we're tests and evaluating both in our reconnaissance, counter reconstance effort.
