Is Francis Galton President of the Eugenics Association?
What was Francis Galton in relation to Darwin? He was his cousin. Do you want to talk about, well, I think he was a president of some eugenics association because I read a speech he did at this thing. My understanding of it is that you are trying to manipulate the population. To the kind of people you think should be in it. And the sort of corollary of that is you rule out certain types of people as well. The most bizarre sort of, sort of person who apparently had an affinity with eugenics, and was Helen Keller.
