Building a Remote Team
Nathan: I'm going to run through about nine ideas, systems or processes when it comes to a healthy organization that really, really mattered. One was we built this charter and house rules, spent a lot of time on it and it specifically geared around a remote team. Number two, it did help a lot when you can get a million dollars, no payback, no equity. And then three is just avoiding. There's a few landmines in there that I think is a founder, CEO that if I can avoid those, you're allowed to make a lot of mistakes in this space.
