How to Prepare for a Formula One Season

Formula One pitstop team have 27, 25 active people on the pitstop. So out of 25 people, you won't find exact matches for positions. The only time we ever replace someone is if there's an illness or injury. We try and train them preseason into being at least strong enough to fit into specific roles. You've sort of put your team together. It's at the same every race. There's 23 races in a formula one season as of 2023.
