A and then, you know, there are some other animal foods that have smaller amounts of vitemna but really organ meats and pastured egg yolks are the best sources. Hard cheeses and fermented foods are the best dietary sources for most people. And then, ah, you can supplement with kato, which is what a lot of my patients do, frankly, cause it's difficult to get enough am just through diet,. especially if don't do dairy products.
