Empathy Is Not Judgment

Judgment is a manifestation of the personality trait conscientiousness, and we all have five traits. Empathic people tend to be conflict avoidant because they don't like tension that goes along with conflict. That doesn't mean you should be casually elevating yourself to an undeserved position of moral superiority. It's not about Jordan or me if you're jumping to conclusions in that manner; it may be hurting you in other parts of your life.
