The Idea of Private Roads
When we first started with roads, my research goes back to england and inon with fifth century. Those first roads were all private roads. They were called post roads. And they wourd charge based on how many horses yo wagon had,. If the wheel was wide, think steam roller, they would charge less. But then the government refused to er to stop people who were riding for free, free riders or thieves. So it'sthe idea of private roads is not only theoretical, it's e want of it is theoretical.
