In his new book, "The Purpose Driven Life," Mark Zuckerberg talks about starting a business. He says he was terrible at sales and graphic design but decided to focus on software development instead. It helped that he could write the software himself rather than hire an outside developer. But it also led him down rabbit trails where he wasn't taking customers' feedback seriously.
