Russian ISR Drones

Russia went into this conflict without a significant number of combat UAVs and with a very small number of loading munitions. Nagorno-Karabakh war was also made in a major wake-up call because it displayed two relatively small countries with relatively small budgets compared against significantly larger budgets of Russia and other major powers. Any military power fighting in modern conflict must have persistent and plentiful ISR platforms, combat platforms, combat UAV platforms, and loading munitions.
