Why the Taxes Go Up So High?

If you have more people moving into an area, why are the taxes going to go up that high? It's not proportionate. Why doesn't it balance out? Is it? Right. I 100% agree. That tax is based on value, but you're not getting any value when you live in it. You're not selling and making a benefit off of it. And yeah, I mean, they decided to overpay or it doesn't, like it, it doesn't fucking matter because the people that are getting shafted aren't the people who are moving out of the state.
