How to Train for Strength

Campacing is the main thing i have been doing at least in the last year um because i've ended up bouldering a lot. It's not always completely the same session it does change and depending how i feel in each session i will like adjust it for exactly what i do why do you want to train that way? So yeah i quite like using it as a sort of general tool and using it for most things but they kind of differ from session to session.
