The Decline of Newspaper Advertising in Korea

In Korea, authorities are trying to get the newspaper to fire those journalists. So they put pressure on advertisers of the newspaper to withdraw their advertising. This is noticed by general public and many people respond with this movement to say to save the newspaper. Citizens start sending their own advertisements, like in Korean, they were called kongnyo kwango,. And some of them would be just good wishes. But it was not enough to keep the newspaper afloat. In the end, they basically kicked in and fired the journalists.
