I Felt a Bit of a Lack of Intelligence in a 'Comb' Movie
I definitely felt that he was a bit dim with it maybe. You know he's constantly shown a struggling with language you know he wants to say things but then he just cannot seem to think of anything to say. I see both characters as kind of equally engaging with the absurdity like the absurdity of setting up that conflict in the first place rests on comb. Patrick doesn't understand it yeah it's not stuff enough to think through the implications of that or in the way that comb intended it yet it felt like he wanted to do this as some grand poetic maneuver and then Patrick is just completely over his head.
