You Want to Make People Better, Understand How the Plant Works

Mark O'Mara: I just heard three things. And i'm about to ask you a question later on about what advice would you give to a young person who's listening to this podcast, who's in the same role as you were. But before i do that, or before you finishe your story of your journey,.  I want to throw this back at you and see what you think. You can want to make people better, but if you don't know the work is you can mar the lawn or mayby seit the kids, but you can't work in the plant. That's what i heard you say right?
