Can You Front Free Half Crimped That Hang?

There are many ways of achieving great finger strength and that reflects on your style. A lot of good climbers have a kind of half crimped hang which we see loads of people hanging on one arm on the fingerboard. 90% of the time the pinky's taken at least 25 to 30 kilos of their body weight because it's straight, then the other bent fingers make up the rest. And if you're really lucky, you'll be one of the people that can maybe hang large amounts above your body weight in a half grip position. is also incredibly useful.
