The Vulnerability of Autocrats of Ditors
Is realistically given Putin has now been cementing his power in Russia for 22 years more than that? Is it realistic to think of him in terms and as you just described, the Russian people are not getting access to information that could make them hostile to the regime. People have been talking about the collapse of the Putin regime economically or politically for as long as I can remember. And so Supreme caution on any wishful thinking here. All coups fail until the moment one succeeds and you can't tell beforehand.
