Is There a Unilateral Force Close in Lightning?

L&D nodes can be encrypted at rest which we take advantage of a voltage so that when the node is shut down you know it's encrypted and then you need a password to unlock the node. The nice thing about this bug and it's kind of a property of the Lightning network is that we we have as far as I understand as far as how you would exploit this to harm someone to actual steal funds is going to be some sort of unilateral force close. So that basically gives people running L&D kind of a two week timeline to update to 15.2 the new version that that patches this problem.
