Is There Trust in Open Source?

It's a lot of high trust, very high trust. Everyone at the company has the freedom to choose what they want to work on. The problem with this is tat does filter for privileged people. So if you pick people who have time and money to contribute to open source, you will pick more whitemails. And i intend to keep it that way. No one wants there to be a big donor who controls the direction of the project.
