The Inability to Give Up Belief in Free
We're emotionally tuned in such a way that we can't not treat other people as free and feel guilty ourselves. I think it's our own experience of freewell. And this on the si, on the societa matter. That's the argument,. am, and why doesn't it have an impact on how we run things in society? How we might run our criminal justices? Os ey, there are three answers i want to give. One is my dad's answer a famous paper called freedom and resentment by p f. Strawson. My answer is different, because i think he thinks the true, the true ground of the inability to give up belief in free is our attitude
