Climate tech to save the planet: Techno-optimism or greenwashing?

Introduction
This year's Big UN Climate Change Conference was held in the Egyptian resort of Charmel's shake. Scientists say the world needs to cut carbon emissions by nearly half in the next eight years and to virtually zero by 2050. But what's still up for debate is how to get there. And at COP 27, people were very much undecided about the role that technology should play. There are so many tech solutions that are already available and can be deployed. We just need better governance and better willingness from government.
