The alliance for science is a way that teaches, iis about teaching folks from different parts of the world how to communicate the strengths and weaknesses of technology. And you never hear people who are concerned about colonialism. They never talk about that angle. I just don't understand why it's always like just one segment of the west that you don't want in africa or in asia. It doesn't make any sense. Well, a lot of the poor farmers i've met in africa would love to be capitalists. Love to have a little capital to play with and have some security in a bigger programme that allowed them to do more with less. There is almost nothing further from the truth
