How Much Is a First Deal for an Independent Sponsor?

You need to have enough runway ideally for 18 months. For 18 months of runway, excluding family expenses, about how much monthly or quarterly or total expenses are you thinking about between flights, hotels, food, potential advisor fees, you know, etc. If you want to hire people like on the buy side, for example, like some independent sponsors hire buy side brokers, well, they might charge like a retainer of two grand to 10 grand depending on who they are and how good they are,. You know, per month or whatever they're charging. Then there's a category of other people like accountants, attorneys, other third party folks that might do industry research or advisors like investment bankers
