How Capitalists Can Offset Rising Costs
capitalists can offset rising costs by raising their prices. For most of us, as employees, we're not in a position to do that. If you raise your price, you are giving an incentive to whoever buys what you sell to economize and go get it somewhere else. And so for example if the price of cotton goes up by ten %, you'd be even better off if you could raise it by 12 ory 10%.
