Machine Learning Data Science and Unstructured Data

Claims specific models are heavily driven by the unstructured data. This is information captured during the conversation with the customer. So I think there's a short term and longer term play when it comes to unStructured data. Data science itself plays a role in turning that un Structured data into something which is more structured.
