Law Is Based on Rights, Not Obligation

Law is very thin, unless there's the deeper cultural story that is kind of actually the power behind it. And i think we see this to day in our covern our political cmercies. Halaha doesn't really have a word for rights,. It has a word for mizva, for obligation. But which foot goes first and which ise dominant? A mechanism matters a lot.
