Are Minimum Quotas Built Into Sales?

I'm curious on the quotas. Like you must meet sell a hundred side plates a day. Are minimum quotas typically built into sales? Or is it? Iit all terks like, is selling or better, but there's not really a base line. So i've heard o example. N wewere a bentley. We had 50 % of our salaries guaranteed, and then 50 % was based on sales per month be ecalculated. But so when i came to sidpat, i made it more of a a solid salary,. And then that when you het the quarter, there's a big bonus that goes along like that.
