Are People Not Complaining Because There's Nothing to Complain About?
A lot of times there's hidden friction that you don't notice until you ask about it. The fit and finish polish at the end, the last 2% which can take 40% of the time if you really want to push it. This is the type of stuff that having maybe not UI design, but like a UX focus, both from like the research and the design side of things would help with.
