The Third Command Principle - Effective Communication

Communication is something that we feel like we should be good at, because we've been speaking since we were three or four years old. As bosses ore executives, we can take a little bit of an opportunity to pat ourselves on the back and say, hey, yes, this is very hard, but that's not an excuse to not be intentional about how we do it. Get out of your office and go walk around and have those conversations we just talked about. Spend some time really working on developing your voice,. But really a couple of things i think all of us cauld benefit from when we're in command are simplifying, stream lining and strengthening.
