Windows 11 Update Watermark

When Windows 11 came out there was a small amount of kerfuffle over the fact that you needed to have a TPM chip and tick a couple of other boxes in order to install it on your PC. Now in the January 2023 Windows 11 update people who did that are discovering that a watermark has appeared in the bottom right of their desktop saying system requirements not met. So far nothing else has happened. Microsoft hasn't said if your system requirements aren't met then you need to do this or you will be blocked from doing that. There's a little bit concerning, why is it there? At the moment it's just an inconvenience but it creates a certain amount of uncertainty, anxiety
