What Happens if the Fed Starts to Taper?

If the fed ends up getting out of this, reducing ce getting down to zero, gradually raising rates, without a major tancum in the market, then you're right. If it ends up with this inflation problem, having to bring forward those interest rates, well, then it got more than maybe one hit. Maybe now market participants have to realize that the fed, or no one, has control over inflation.
