The fact that regulators on both sides of the atlantic are stepping up, finally, to hold companies to their word is a useful thing. I also worry though, it's a bit of a distraction, right? Because they're effectively going to these companies and saying, hey, this stuff you're saying you're doing, you should at least be doing it."
